First 60 Seconds — Before Your Phone
Lie still. Three deep breaths. Say out loud: "Today is going to be a beautiful day and I am ready for it." Let your body wake up before your mind does.

Gratitude (2 Minutes)
Name 3 things you are genuinely grateful for. Make them specific and real. Feel each one as you say it. This shifts your frequency before anything else.

Read Your Identity Statement (1 Minute)
Go to your Day 7 exercise and read your identity statement out loud. If you completed Day 30, read your full Abundance Code. This is your daily reminder of who you are.

3 to 5 Affirmations Out Loud (2 Minutes)
Go to the Affirmations section and pick 3 to 5 that feel right today. Say them with feeling. Not monotone. Like you actually believe them in your body.

Set Your Abundance Intention (2 Minutes)
What is one intention you are carrying into this day? A mindset, an energy, an action. Write it in your journal. Specific and clear.

Optional — Scripting or Prayer (5 to 10 Minutes)
On the days when you have more time, add a scripting session or a few minutes of prayer. These are the deeper practices that create the biggest momentum.

Before you sleep, name 3 wins from your day. They do not have to be big. A win is anything that moved you forward, made you feel good, or aligned you with the woman you are becoming.

Let go of anything heavy from the day. You do not carry it into sleep. Write it down if you need to, then close it. Tomorrow is a fresh page.

One Gratitude for the Day
End with one specific thing you are grateful for from today. End in thankfulness. Let that be the last energy you hold before you rest.

Close with a prayer or a powerful affirmation. Let the last words you speak over yourself tonight be full of faith and peace.
